Team Musketeers Constitution
We the People of Team Musketeers, in Order to form a more perfect Team, have established, insured equality, provide for the common respect, promote the general understanding, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Team Musketeers.
Section. 1. All team members shall be treated equally, without any discrimination as a result of sex, national origin, religion, language, color of skin, or age providing you are eighteen years or older.
Section. 2. The administrators one through number ten of Team Musketeers shall be composed of Members who shall be considered founders of the team. In the event that one of the founders leaves by choice or from any decision or event, the team administrators shall set up a poll to reappoint a new founder the poll shall not exceed more than five days. The winner for the new founder shall be made by that person who wins by one vote more than any other in total. In the event of a tie of only two members a new poll shall be set up for them and the duration of the voting shall not exceed 5 days in duration. The winner shall take the office upon being properly notified by any one team administrators of the listed founders remaining.
Section. 3. No Person shall be a Team Founder who shall not have attained to the Age of eighteen Years, and been six months a member of Team Musketeers.
Section. 4. Administrators shall be appointed by any other admin on Team Musketeers that may or may not be a team founder.
Section. 5. Scope of authority and levels of security defined to access forum and server configurations.
a. Administrator's (founder) shall have the authority to alter and change settings on the server that hosts our team forum. Shall have access to the team server url: password and user name to make changes that need to be done by request of the founders. Shall have any and all rights to alter the forum and make necessary changes as needed to maintain the forum web site. Shall have the right to ban or delete any member below them for any reason that may hurt or damage the team. Shall have access to any and all team information or monies that may be brought to the team for any reason. Shall have the right to make new non founder administrator's and change the levels of the members as they feel fit to do.
b. Administrator's (non-founder) shall have the authority to alter and change settings on the forum that hosts our team forum. Shall have the right to make new non founder administrator's and change the levels of the members as they feel fit to do.
c. Special Op's (member) Shall be considered a trusted member who can have access to only the forums that the administrator's have setup for them. They shall be considered regular members of our team. they shall have the right to vote on any member polls.
d. Regular members or casual members shall be members who just stop by and have no access to the higher forum security levels, also they can not vote on any topic concerning membership.
